Met my friend Alex here. Great chap he was. Had to leave him where he was as that was where he lived. Got a surprise on the first day but however got to know the chap. If you see him tell him i said hi!
Although the room is probably the tiniest ever, the bed is probably the most comfortable as well. Lovely fluffy duvet, crisp sheets and perfect mattress. Extremely cheap and perfect for a short stay. Quiet, with a view of fields from my room on the first floor. Personally, I would totally recommend it , unless you need to stay for long, and accepting this is a budget hotel. If you need food, there are quite a few shops a stroll away. For 27£ a night, you cannot ask for more.
Really cant complain for the price paid. Stayed for 17 nights. Clean and safe place to lay your head. Staff friendly and polite. Most people stay for a day or two, but they have a few long term residents (who were really pleasant and told me where to go for stuff locally). Microwave and kettle in food prep area. Food and drink Vending machines for something quick. I would have no problems in coming back here, although probably not for everyone. Mostly for the budget conscious.
Overall the Hotel Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Lovely white bedsheets. I was most impressed with the shower cubicle and toilet enclosure. Good value for money all round. Same as just booking a flight with Easyjet. Made simple for online bookings and confirmation. Would recommend to anyone.
